About FigPii

FigPii is a cloud-based user experience (UX) platform designed to help businesses interact with visitors, capture email addresses and analyze behavior on the website. Features include session replay, polls, customer segmentation, coupon management and analytics.

The application enables marketers to determine the performance of webpages through A/B and split URL testing and create goals to measure campaign success for the targeted audience. Using the heatmaps, marketing teams can visualize visitor's clicks and scrolling patterns, helping them identify the placement of elements. Users can also record and view visitor's actions, check the start and end points and retrieve data based on selected date ranges, duration, page type and more.

Optimize The Conversion Rate

My overall experience with Figpii is awesome so far. They have a strong support team and they try to solve every customer issue with sincerity and utmost care. Besides, they try to consider any important feature request. That's why Figpii is gradually improving in terms of functionality. If you want to get a great level of user experience with an increased conversion rate, Figpii could be one of the best options for you.

Pros:

There is no doubt that "Figpii" is the tool that will dramatically increase the conversion rate. When it comes to analyzing user behaviors and increasing the conversion, Figpii will give you an optimum solution. The Heatmap function of this tool is so much easy to use. On top of that, it will not provide you with unnecessary data so that you can focus on the right information. Besides, the simple and excellent video recording tool will make your day even shiny. Another noticeable thing is the customer support of Figpii. Whatever challenges or issues you face with Figpii, the dedicated customer support team will always be there to help you out. Most importantly, the pricing of this product is so generous and affordable. I just can't believe that I am getting this level of functionality at this price range.

Cons:

There is no denying that Figpii is an awesome software to understand user behavior. However, there is some room for improvement as well. First of all, I would love to use heatmaps and videos on several AB test versions. The figpii team is yet to develop this feature. I think they can make the poll management system more intuitive. Another problem I face with Figpii is click maps don't work properly. Although the issue is not frequent, all kinds of bugs should be improved.

Reasons for switching to FigPii

I agree that Hotjar is great software. But, Figpii offered me some valuable benefits that convinced me to make a switch. First of all, I got value for my money from it. The excellent support and their constant development impressed me a lot. That is why I preferred Figpii over Hotjar.

The customer support on FigPii and Dev docs have been really amazing, I've tested 4 other A/B testing platforms and they are either super expensive or poor in features. FigPii checked all the boxes with an amazing support via email and slack.

Cons:

I had some temporary invitation issue when onboarding but the FigPii team really showed up and helped unblocking our team trial.

FigPii was fairly straightforward to setup, had a fast load time for showing test variants and displayed test results in a clean, easy to digest format.

Cons:

FigPii lacked any way of adding a hypothesis to go along with particular tests, or to record notes/findings after conducting an experiment. Some way to create a roadmap and record experiment ideas & findings would go a long way. Some technical glitches occurred preventing tests from running - the support was helpful to try find a resolution.

The price of this product is especially generous and reasonable. I just find it hard to believe I'm getting this level of functionality at this cheap.

The tool that will significantly raise the conversion rate is without a doubt Figpii. Figpii will provide me with the best option for evaluating user behavior and boosting conversion. This tool's Heatmap feature is extremely user-friendly. Additionally, it won't give me any information that is not necessary so I can concentrate on the important data. The straightforward and superior video capturing feature will also brighten my day. The customer service offered by Figpii is something else to note. The committed customer support team will always be there to assist me, no matter what difficulties or problems I may encounter with Figpii.

Cons:

First and foremost, I would like using heatmaps and movies on various AB test versions. This functionality is still being developed by the figpii team. I believe they can improve the poll management system's usability. Click maps don't function properly, which is another issue I have with Figpii. Even if it doesn't happen often, bugs of all kinds need to be improved.

Figpii gave me some worthwhile advantages, which persuaded me to switch. I firstly received value for my money. I was quite impressed by their ongoing improvement and outstanding support. Because of this, I preferred Figpii to Mouseflow.

I love figpii. It has VERY slick AB testing functionality, which in my opinion is better than Unbounce in this regard and on-part with Convertize. Embed the Figpii pixel using HTML or Google Tag Manager. Choose a URL you want to split test. QUICKLY Create variants using the onscreen WYSIWYG editor. Choose an objection (option, purchase, page visit, button click, etc). Then hit the "go" button. Simple. Powerful. Get's the job done with no fuss. It has similar qualitative CRO functionality to Mouseflow, CrazyEgg, or Hotjar, with heatmaps, session recording, and polls. Comes with GDPR and CCPA compliance, which is essential these days when marketing in USA or Europe.

Cons:

To be honest, I don't think I've found a negative yet.

Reasons for choosing FigPii

I've tried several times to implement Google Optimize over the years. It takes WAYYYYY too much work and fuss trying to get everything working. I wanted to get my time spent on actual conversion rate optimization, and not pulling my hair up with setting up technology. FigPii combines the power of Unbounce, Convertize, and Hotjar / Mouseflow into one high-quality, low-cost product. Plus, they've kept their tool focused on CRO and not tried to make it into a user-experience customization tool as well - a mistake I see other CRO tools making (but are shooting themselves in the foot because their feature set will become much too large to maintain and improve over time.) FigPii has a winning product here. It's just a matter of time until people realize just what a cool tool they really have.

Convertize is one of the best AB testing tools available for a reasonable cost. But FigPii is much lower cost, also has a generous free tier, and has far more functionality.

As analyst, I need to observe our visitor data. That’s why I need to monitor user’s activity and Figpii helps me a lot to track visitors. The heatmap, AB testing, and videos help me see what works and what doesn't on that page and thus I am capable of for suggesting our teammates regarding our website content. It helps to increase Conversion rate. Since it is easy to use, I can manage the session recording successfully.

Cons:

Trial period may be extended. It price plan may be revised which will be excellent for small organization. It is difficult for me to delete Heatmap video.

It is helpful for tracking qualitative research based training participants with its features.

Marketing Swiss knife

I'm happy with the features that FigPii provides. I see, that guys work hard and add new features to the system. The support is on a high level - they are ready to answer any questions, consider any feature request we send, and explain things that are not clear.

FigPii is an excellent combination of tools for analyzing user's behaviors. Heatmaps is one of the best that I saw before - it's really simple in use and doesn't overload you with unnecessary data. Video Recording - my next favorite tool in FigPii package. Easy to use and powerful. Also, I would like to note that the product has a very competitive price for such functionality.

Cons:

It would be really cool to see heatmaps or videos for the different AB test versions but this functionality is missed. The functionality of creating and managing of Polls might be more intuitive.

FigPii Made Me Provide The Best User Experience To My Customers!

Since I am a content marketer and monetize my blogs with affiliate links, I have to read the mind of the users. I mean I must know what the users are looking for and whether I can deliver that to them or not. This is where FigPii is helping me with its analytics. I was a bit skeptical about the capability of this product. They are a relatively new company. But I was totally impressed just after my first week of using FigPii. This is an all in one package for knowing the user behaviors and interactions. The heatmap, AB testing, and videos give me an overview of the strength and weaknesses of that particular page. I can easily fix them by those data and increase the conversion rate. My revenues are gradually improving and all the credit goes to this awesome tool.

The first thing I like about FigPii is their features. I get all the necessary features that are needed for an online business to understand the users better. Therefore, I don't have to pay for individual subscriptions of different tools. The heatmap and session recording are the most used feature in my case. The tool is also very fast and fluid. I am not a developer or tech geel. But I didn't have to go through tough learning curve to use this. I appreciate the developers for such kind of user experience.

Cons:

FigPii has all the necessary features. It has got a powerful split tester too. I have to change designs and add features to my client's website and use A/B testing a lot for this purpose. But the controls are somewhat limited and sometimes it's glitchy. If the developers could add some more parameters and granular control in the A/B testing feature especially for the affiliate marketers, it would be awesome.

Reasons for choosing FigPii

I considered Microsoft Clarity which is free to use. But it is still in its premature stage. Besides, it doesn't have all the features as of now. This is why I didn't want to take the risk and chose FigPii and I am quite satisfied.

Reasons for switching to FigPii

Hotjar is a popular tool with great features. But FigPii has the best user interface that is easy to use. Besides, considering the price to feature ratio I found FigPii is better for me. They are also bringing forms feature very soon and I am eagerly waiting for that update. It is going to be a full-fledged marketing tool very soon.
