Pros/Cons
Pros
- Ease of building forms either as stand-alone solutions or integrated via Connectors to Salesforce.com Very responsive and knowledgeable customer service.
- I love that I can create surveys on Form Assembly that make it very easy for the people completing the surveys to fill out. I get all of the information that I need in a clean and organized way.
Cons
- After setting up the connection with Salesforce, it was a bit difficult for my client to go in and edit form fields as necessary - they ended up breaking some things.
- To be specific, there should be a way to customize the error message when the form is filled incorrectly by the user. Right now, the error message the form generates is not user friendly.
Pros
- Ability to add photos, forms were easy to build and very attractive, love the themes, free version had lots of features.
- I love that TypeForm can integrate with other software in the market. It makes it easy to book calls and qualify clients when I can connect typeform to software like ClickFunnels.
Cons
- Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.
- Some of the forms I create can be quite complex and as such the platform seems to slow down accordingly which can be a bit frustrating at times.
