Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

I love how easy it is to set up my survey form and deploy it within a day. The free trial also gives unlimited questions which I appreciate.

So far I've tested out the features of the free edition which are better than most other - ability to add pictures, create as many questions as you like and add simple logic.

The free version allows for enough feedback to utilize the information. The layout is easy to navigate and the help feature is useful for most questions.

It's very easy to use, with lots of free functions available. I liked it better than similar counterparts because of the many free functions, which i needed for my project.

I used this app for my project in Statistics in Healthcare courses. Only problem is limited access to some services.

The only downfall is that I can't read the full survey responses because they are too long and get cut off with. How do I see these full responses.

Very ease and intuitive to use, it's awesome how much you can do with this software. One of the pros of the program is that you can easily set up integrations, logic and rules for the user.

For example, on the rating scale, the number can't be changed from 1-10 but instead is stuck at 0.
