Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

It is super easy to use and very user friendly. I like that they have make the user experience so easy to build, implement and tabulate results.

Their API is quite powerful as well. We use it to share quests in gamifying travel experiences.

What I like most is how seamless the experience is for the user. This increases engagement and the likelihood of them responding and following through.

Email responses has weird numbers in the From line. Inability to edit URL paths for the replies inside of the app.
