Pros/Cons
Pros
- The software has nice features and is a good solution for delivering training and keeping the audience engaged.
- It has been very much a fun element with the nice graphics and effects of live tracking of students' inputs and being displayed back.
- The fact that it can tranform a boring, long and tiring presentation, into one that is interactive, fun and cheerful makes it a great app.
Cons
- Maybe my vision is a bit blurred and I am failing to see, up to this point, the drawbacks. The only disadvantage I can mention is really related to people, the audience.
- My experience with the customer support is woeful.
- Their hours seem to be a Euro schedule with no weekend support. I have requested a refund and have received no response at all.
Pros
- I like the usability of the software. It was super easy to set up and I liked that I could integrate it into my website.
- The most amazing one is the geographical distribution of respondents all over the world (the map). It is totally new and amazing.
- My overall experience has been good, I'm impressed by the options and by the user-friendly aspect, which is very helpful to people learning new software while working from home.
Cons
- I used this app for my project in Statistics in Healthcare courses. Only problem is limited access to some services.
- It doesn't work well on all browsers and I found it runs badly on Internet Explorer.
- For example, on the rating scale, the number can't be changed from 1-10 but instead is stuck at 0.
