Pros/Cons
Pros
- The software has nice features and is a good solution for delivering training and keeping the audience engaged.
- It has been very much a fun element with the nice graphics and effects of live tracking of students' inputs and being displayed back.
- The fact that it can tranform a boring, long and tiring presentation, into one that is interactive, fun and cheerful makes it a great app.
Cons
- Maybe my vision is a bit blurred and I am failing to see, up to this point, the drawbacks. The only disadvantage I can mention is really related to people, the audience.
- My experience with the customer support is woeful.
- Their hours seem to be a Euro schedule with no weekend support. I have requested a refund and have received no response at all.
Pros
- Helping me provide interesting potential client engagement on my website. Helping me better understand the needs of potential clients.
- Support is outstanding and my questions have been answered immediately. It's obvious that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the youengage team care about quality and user experience.
- I love everything about the software, and it will help me scale my business. The support is also very responsive, and you know that they are out there to support you with anything you need.
Cons
- The Lack of integrations with most email marketing providers; no way to start a survey in an email; no answer variables that can be used in subsequent questions.
- I think the fact I can't embed it on a page makes it hard for me to push it to some of my clients.
- Definitely give it a try if you hate Typeform as much as I do.
