It can integrate with Lists and Power Automate to increase functionality, and has many options for controlling settings and security. The synced results spreadsheets are extremely helpful. Cons: The way you have to designate a Form to a personal account or a Team is a little goofy and can have some unintended consequences if not carefully managed (who has access, etc.).
