Pleasant and easy to use. I use it with my students a lot to get them to sign agreements before they work on their projects and it's very easy for them to complete the form. It feels intuitive and doesn't require any experience to use it. I also like the fact that you can make it for people in your organisation only but still have the option to make it anonymous. When the survey isn't anonymous, I like the fact that it tell you that the owner will be able to see the name. #### Cons It's not that I like the least but I'd like to see a slider option for questions like the one in Qualtrics. With no training or tutorials, it is possible to create a title, questions and types of questions, such as multiple choice, ratings, etc. You can then email a link to the survey from your email account. It even creates a report of the survey which you can download, when complete. #### Cons It is not easy finding when the survey is complete, or progress on how many people have completed the survey, without going into the forms. #### Reasons for switching to Microsoft Forms Forms is easier to use, more intuitive and quicker to build surveys than other platforms. Sending out the survey is easy via a link. The reporting I think is great. Downloadable from anywhere. Looks professional.
