Usually, it's hard to know what your audience is thinking about. With schnaq you can use the live Q&A feature. Your audience can type in questions any time. If possible, those are answered automatically by schnaq. Otherwise, you and the rest of the audience see all the questions and can answer them as well. To easily navigate through the questions, your audience can upvote questions they like, and downvote the questions that are not up to standard. Furthermore, you can easily filter and sort all the questions and e.g. only see the newest unanswered ones. When something needs deeper discussion, you can do that too with schnaqs discussion mode. There, all participants can add their opinion in a structured manner. To help understand the discussion, a mindmap is provided by schnaq. This mindmap is generated automatically. If in turn you want to know something from your audience, you can start a poll. Every audience member can easily answer on their device and you see the results in real-time. Sometimes its hard to be sure, whether the audience is actively followi... ng along. For this, you can use the schnaq engage-button. Ask your audience a question and let them press the button when they agree. They are rewarded with a small animation if they agree. To share your schnaq, you can share the secure link that schnaq generates for your event. Or you show your audience 8 digits, that they can type in to land in your schnaq. A third possibility is showing a QR-Code that they can scan. The analytics dashboard then helps you to understand your audience. There is for example a list of all top-posts or a word cloud. Most of the time, however, these rough edges in the system are just unfinished polish or the first steps towards new features with a lot of potential. The main feature that makes schnaq immensely different from social networks like Twitter and Facebook, which is extremely helpful, is the indication of pro/against/neutral, which finally makes the relationships between content and statements transparent. Cons: Due to the presentation, clarity may suffer, but the summary tool is only available in the Pro version. I think it would be better to offer general summaries directly in the free version and to pack more specific functions like better embeddings and models for summaries, which are possibly customizable, into the Pro version. I think it would be a unique selling point compared to other platforms like Kialo, Twitter, etc. if you could get summaries directly, even if they are basic.
