It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.

There are some limitations to the ballot process and I have had some programming error due to getting our school information into the software.

I enjoy using Voting 4 Schools because it makes my job easier. Quick email responses to questions and friendly knowledgeable people.

Especially in today's world (with the pandemic), it's nice to have a trusted platform that will allow me to conduct elections, surveys, etc. with confidence.

The security is also a great feature. I have used how it collects email/ip addresses to determine that students were not being honest in the voting process.

Also, having to resize pictures (for uploading pictures) can be frustrating, but I'm that may just be on the kids who submit overly large photo sizes.

The only downfall has been cost; many schools in my area run elections through Google Forms because they can do that for free.

The two times I needed tech support, they were there for me and did a great job in fixing the situation.

There are no features that I feel are missing or could be improved.

I wish we had a way to choose two and have them be a pair. This was a problem with our planning more than the problem with the software.

I'm not sure that's a software problem, I always feel uncertain when I have to upload the csv file (are those the correct letter?).

Can't say enough about how great this program is for school voting. I am so happy that I decided to try technology to make our elections easier and more secure.

Quick, easy setup, easy for voters to vote, secure tracking of voters, multiple ways to list candidates.

I have our district IT department load all of the students at the beginning of the year by grade and we good to go for everything we do.

It is easy to use and the kids love it. It also does all the data side for you.

We have continued to squeeze out the money in our budget for Voting4Schools because of the security and overall ease of use.

My only dislike is the way we port in passwords. Ours have an @ symbol and sometimes start with a zero.

This program has saved me countless hours of counting ballots and printing ballots. I use this software quite frequently for all of the voting that we doing in our school building.

I have used voting4schools for 9 years now, and I've always been impressed by their customer service, their regular updates and innovations, and most of all, their dependability.

It is amazing and is very easy to use. I have been telling all of my friends who work at other schools about how life changing it can be for their activities.
