PROS

I love the integration with the social media that can be bind with this software. It make distributing the survey form or webpage to social media is much easier and we can monitor how many people are interacting with the survey.

CONS

The customization tools is quite simple and not many of the design or template can be edited.

Ease of use of the software. It real make life easy for me when going through the captured information.

There is very little if anything all that I did not like about the software.

I make the switch as the former product was too expensive. How the platform is set up they did not give me the option of monthly payment.

Exploring Customer Perceptions.

I really like it, it has been vital for my research allowing large projects to be executed without fear of hitting usage limit barriers.

PROS

It's very good, I really like that there are no limits on the number of questions or answers, which is excellent for carrying out extensive studies without worrying about additional restrictions.

CONS

Although the platform works well most of the time I have experienced some occasional slowness issues when dealing with large amounts of data.
