Abonnement d'un an - avril 2020 à juin 2020 : utilisée quelques fois, le temps de s'apercevoir que la solution est nettement inférieure à Beekast en terme de fonctionnalités meme si sa simplicité est plaisante - septembre 2020 : relance d'un commercial Wisembly pour savoir ce que je fais de la solution et lui signifie, par oral, que je ne l'utilise plus et que je préfère Beekast - septembre 2020 à mars 2021 : pas de nouvelles - avril 2021 : envoi d'une facture de renouvellement d'un an de leur part en stipulant que pour résilier "vous devez envoyer un courrier en lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception à notre adresse (66 Avenue des Champs Elysées 75008 Paris) et ce 3 mois avant votre date de renouvellement de licence" - avril 2021 à aout 2021 : tentatives pour leur expliquer que leur pratique de réabonnement (courrier avec A/R...) dont les commerciaux ne m'ont jamais parlée, me semble, pour une solution technologique, complètement datée.
