I find the content management easy to use and a great way to ensure all the required documentation and processes are kept on one platform and have expiry review dates. The workflow content module in theory is a great tool for various activities requiring a workflow content that is transparent and reportable. Cons: The negative aspect of the Workflow module is the inability to be flexible for different scenarios. The out of the box package is very basic, and we have required additional customization to fit our business needs which I feel should be part of the out of the box package.
