I have been developing with Intrexx for 5 years now and am still enthusiastic. With Intrexx, it is really easy to implement complex requirements and offer customers 1:1 what they really need.

Sometimes there is a lack of accurate documentation on the Intrexx website. Troubleshooting can sometimes be a bit cumbersome.

Intrexx delivers all kind of APIs with which you can easy implement other systems, even all state-of-the-art systems like AzureAD, GraphAPI, AWS.

License Pricing model is not the most flexible one.

We realized a intranet with Intrexx with a lot of applications and we are very happy about our decision.

I particularly like the customizability in terms of apps and layout - you are 100% free. It exists a range of standard applications which ensure a quick implementation of projects.

It is also always a joy to see customers amazed at how quickly functions can be implemented. I can only recommend it to anyone who is looking for a versatile low code environment.

I scrapped the entire concept of mobile agents down to the shockingly bad Live Agent Phone apps.

It is a great software but cumbersome and slow for me. I do not find it super intuitive to be honest.

Its feature set is quite good with good technical ability to answer questions.

The tracking allows to not only ensure that we help our customers but also it allows us to review their history to understand how to help them better (i.e. are they a tech novice or pro?).

LiveAgent also supports email forwarding as  well as mapping out the customer behavior before them joining you. This helps you anticipate their queries and help quicker.

I like that it is real-time and that we can talk to our customers quickly. It is nice that they can see us typing and that we can see them.

I mainly miss the possibility to search for e-mails by e-mail address, because without this option, working with LiveAgent is very complicated. Then the communication is very confused.
