ClickMeeting Complete Webinar & Conferencing Solution
ClickMeeting has been a great tool to use for customer onboarding over the past year and beginning of the first quarter of this year. We are satisfied with the service offered
PROSOur ability to master the platform in such a short time. When we were nervous that we'd have more people than intended, upgrading was a breeze. We don't need to purchase additional administrator accounts or logins for each user that wants to create an event. For our little team, this solution was just what we needed, and it didn't appear to be designed for a corporation that employs a complete staff simply to deal with webinar software and technology.
CONSWhen it comes to designing and using individual presenter profiles, we've run across some issues. It's frequently difficult to recognize who's speaking at a conference since we use the same profile for several people.

When stability is your #1 criteria
I like that it's a flexible and easy to use tool. Support is always here to help. My main concerns are the hefty price if you signup without any discount, the lack of flexibility when it comes to upgrades (need to go through support), the lack of marketing features to maximize sales / conversions when you're live.
PROSIt's the most stable webinar tool I've tested. Even if you run into problems, you can still switch to the phone option to pick up where you left. Recordings are made in the cloud and can be synced automatically with your dropbox (but as a rule of thumbs, I always recommend to make your own local recording, better be safe than sorry). The API allows to automate a lot of stuff in the background if you want to skip their registration process to increase conversions.
CONSThere is no way to have a real button for your call to action like in webinarjam : you can just paste a link in the chat. Generally speaking, it's not a "marketing centered" tool so you won't have all those features like "scarcity" countdown available. Pricing is quite expensive, especially if you need to run parallel sessions and capacity upgrades. For big capacity upgrades (>500 attendees), I had to contact support ahead of time as it's a manual process. It's not always possible to "know" in advance so you will most likely run out of capacity or pay for nothing. The API

Think before you invest in this tool
Tool is only for basic needs. If you think about building business webinars look elsewhere.
PROS-> very basic -> reliable -> clean ux -> can export to xlsx
CONS-> this tool is not build to make marketing, lack of standard features like: --> tracking source who signed up for the --> switching between webinar types -> timeline consist duplicates -> you can by accident start live webinar before start time -> you can not save and customize your template, each time you need to build from start

Timeline consists of all live event sessions started in your account (one event could be started more than once (accidentally), so each sessions has its own statistics and they are not considered as duplicates. 4. As for the template, there is no such possibility but you can create a "test" event with all necessary settings. 5. Moving on to the event start feature, once you joined the room, there are two buttons to prepare and start the event available for a user but if you clicked the wrong button you have 5 sec to undo event start and start it later on. The best platform for webinars
Very good and getting better all the time.
PROS*The ability to go between video and screenshare with ease - the fact that the presenter can be the whole viewing window with one click. *The on screen functions - drawing etc. *The ability to prep everything before hand and be able to jump between slides, videos, camera, white board etc at the click of a button - this is far superior to Zoom, Skype, Teams etc. *The all-in-one event set up & registration system *The chat function works better than other platforms *The post-event data is excellent - a real bonus
CONS*Connection in China is patchy *Not enough people use it

having ClickMeeting we can deliver trainings for our clients - paid and free of charge; many events are free of charge so it's important if the platform is cheapbefore we had problems with delivering trainings, with managing trainings etc.

CONSI can't point anything bad about this platform, the only thing it could be useful: if the platform could send invoices - autmatically - integrated with invoices programms

Automatize webinar creation process with ClicMeeting!
I am very happy with ClickMeeting. I can easily record videos, use automation to send invitations and reminders for upcoming webinars. I can send follow-ups after a webinar, gather feedback by sharing surveys, and target products for sale! And during a meeting or webinar, I can engage the audience so they are not just passive listeners. Published tests during a meeting always make a positive impression :)
PROSWhat I like most about this system is its intuitiveness. The fact that I can use the predefined settings before the webinar and not have to wonder if I'm sure I set everything right.
CONSIt would be worthwhile to extend the default settings to include integrations with an appointment booking system.

The automation option was in the more expensive version and there was no option for automated webinars, which I really wanted.

Good value for money, very fast support
Overall with CM we are able to cover our needs. In some ways we have to compromise our expectations and sometimes the tools are more complex than they could be. However, thanks to the quick support, we were always able to resolve everything close to our satisfaction.
PROSVery quick response. Not only the support but also changes in paid plan.
CONSI dont like embeded e-mails (notifications, invitations) customisation possibilities (use of my own "from scratch" templates would be great) and also the poor contact management.
Reason for choosing ClickMeeting
There was a historical experience with it in our company (we have an account already) and positive feedback (to support especially) & in comparison with other tools there wasnt any major disadvantage in features. I also have some bad experiences with other tools from previous work. Prices were similar.

Clickmeeting for webinar
It helped us to arrange a small scale webinars with our customers and we did not have too many errors but would be happy to see more features.
PROSClickMeeting provides Facebook and Youtube streams, if you are in the first steps arranging webinars ClickMeeting could be an option. Tutorials and customer support is really helpful. Statistic reports make it easy to measure your webinar success. It has a pool and survey features help you to understand customer needs.
CONSEven though the software is easy to use but sad that at least for beginners they do not offer a free plan. I would be happy if I could see the wireless screen sharing integration.

Live streams quality were better which was the key point because social media is the place where we are most active.

I enjoy using the software. Sometimes I feel that in google meet video conferencing it was easier to schedule quickly a meeting, but then Clickmeeting is much more advanced.
PROS- planning ahead webinars and meetings and select between webinars and meetings (different types of events) - you can just send the link to attendees and presenters (you don't have to send official invites from clickmeeing.com) - you can upscale and downscale licence - sometimes there is time when licence expired, but my account still exists. Just need to pay to reactivate. - real (not bot) customer support - polish customer support - I don't think I would get any live support from other big tech players
CONS- you have to ask customer support to downscale licence - but customer support is very efficient in helping with this - you cannot have more than one webinar/meeting at a time (or maybe it is possible with more expensive licence?)

I feel that with Clickmeeting I get high quality software and very good support. With big players you never have chance to speak to real person. Also Clickmeeting is Polish so I know I support Polish company not Big techs.

We converted on in person trainings to Click Meeting and it was a fairly seamless transition. It's easy to use.
PROSIt is reliable and easy to learn and use. We do lots of Click Meetings and we are always satisfied with the performance.

Good platform to connect with clients
We have been using the platform through the pandemic and it's certainly a great tool.
PROSThe platform provides a seamless experience to for both hosts and attendees. Along with various features to help improve the engagement in a webinar, the price for all of them are quite reasonable.
CONSSometimes our attendees cannot join even with good internet connection. There is still no option to change virtual background on the browser, this is difficult for big corporates that have strict rule of installing third-party application on their devices.

My experience have been great with ClickMeeting, really ease to use and full of features !
PROSI've been looking for a long time for an all in one tool that help us to create quick meeting room for up to 4 people but also being able to organise interactive webinar in order to generate more leads. That's when I found clickmeeting ! This all in one tool is perfect you can easily share your desktop, invite many people, create webinar, create simple meeting, interact on the same document and also easily share presentation. If like me you are searching for a perfect all in one webinar / meeting tool go for it !
CONSThe only cons I would have is that it might be tricky for some people, which are not familiar with the tool to give the ability for other participants to talk and activate their webcam. They have to go on the presenter video box and then click on the icons to activate their own mic and webcam.

GDPR-compliant All-in-One Solution for Webinars and Video-Conferences
I am using it for Webinars (with 200+ participants from 70+ countries), as a virtual classroom with 15-20 participants and for one-to-one video conferencing. It is always working great.
PROSIt's GDPR compliant, programmed in Europe, very good set of features and fast customer service via Chat.
CONSIt's not as often used as Teams or Zoom, so some of the users are astonished about another platform they have not seen before. But they just need some minutes to be happy.

One of the best video conferencing softwares
ClickMeeting is very good communication platform. We use it to organize webinars. The great advantage is the ability to upload presentation in server memory. Another benefit is access to information and statistics in the report generated after the event. The tool is very intuitive and simply to use. Clear interface, easy registration. Professional technical support and customer service.

Good Software for webinars
Overall it’s a good product. I still like the automated and on demand a lot.
PROSI love clickmeeting and most of their features. It’s simple to schedule a webinar, I love the paid and automated and on demand features.
CONSOne of the cons is that I get a lot of people that get dropped off the webinar. Sometimes they can’t hear me and some can. The app feature is a bit challenging at times as well especially if you want your attendees to chat with you.

Good for webinar presenter but not for me
To webinar, I've choosed ClickMeeting last OCT-2018. After 5 times of live broadcasting, I've decided to change webinar S/W. The reason why I find another webinar S/W are below. - ClickMeeting has limited function to edit on registration page. such as background image, logo uploading. I can't satisfy our customer, so I decided to find another webinar S/W and I found Livestorm. - ClickMeeting is more expensive compare with Livestorm on my circumstance so I switched. Although I use Livestorm now, ClickMeeting is a good webinar S/W to person who has need to have a webinar as a rookie presenter.
PROS- easy to attend : can attendee on browser via WebRTC technology - Whiteboard : can annotate about information to attendees - various function for webinar
CONS- lack of custom : can't modify screen size and location - limited function to edit on registration page - expensive compare with Livestorm

Ideal for Video Conference Calls
I usually have meetings with stakeholders, but since they have busy schedules, we sometimes need to do it over a video conference. I often hold the meetings with a group and other times it’s just a one-on-one session. I’m glad we have the video conference option because we can still see each other. I like to see the expressions on their faces to note that they approve and are happy with my proposed ideas. I truly rely on ClickMeeting which looks very sleek and professional. The program is user-friendly and not complicated. My meetings have always been productive when using this program.
CONSIf you plan to use ClickMeeting, make sure to have solid internet connection, otherwise it can get choppy.

ClickMeeting Webinar Review
I like ClickMeeting, it has plenty of customization available in order to market an upcoming webinar. If they can make a few minor tweaks, I would reevaluate it and give it a 10.
PROSClickMeeting has an extensive dashboard while giving a webinar. My favorite thing about it is the surveys and polls you can create during a presentation. Its a great way to get the audience involved and check on learning. It has plenty of customization from the registration page, to follow ups, to the interface itself. We just started using ClickMeeting and we enjoy it so far.
CONSThere are several little flaws about it that stop me from giving it a higher review. Its as if they have the right idea with several thins but lacked in the execution. For example, you can upload a PowerPoint presentation to ClickMeeting for the webinar. However, whenever I upload, all the images get blurry and aren't as sharp, and animations do not work. It's a minor detail, but it adds up. Another detail that would be great is the option to upload your own background.

One product for different meetings online
ClickMeeting is very intuitive and easy to use.It provides different types of meeting options, so we can take full advantage of features for meetings, webinars, internal meetings.We use recordings for our Youtube channel and to record internal meetings.

Would never recommend ClickMeeting to anyone
I started using ClickMeeting about a month ago for a weekly webinar series. Will never use them again and do not recommend you use them. They have compromised my webinars with their technical problems and poor customer support does not help.
PROSCan show YouTube videos, presentations, post questions participants ask, etc.
CONSFrequently technical glitches (day of my webinar I wasn't able to upload a powerpoint because they were having problems). Poor customer support (wait times for online chat often exceed 80 minutes). Sound problems when using a replay of a live webinar for an on-demand one. Company is quick to deflect onto the customers.

We have also integrated Clickmeeting within our product. - Very easy to use API - A lot of customization options - Pricing is very affordable and reasonable for our clients
CONS- We have on a few occasions done onboarding for several clients, When several people are connected at a time and all of them are given the permission to speak, the voice has become choppy. Clients have complained that they can hear us sometimes.

My wonderful adventure with ClickMeeting
The platform is more user-friendly than others, it is easy to find all the buttons, there is a good connection quality. When the expectations of participants change, it is possible to quickly find the material that has already been saved.
PROSOur experience using the platform has been very positive. Logging in is simple, just using a web browser. Recording of meetings and use of recordings is unproblematic. The platform allows sharing the recording with all webinar participants and it's just through one click. Possibility to transfer the recording to an archive and to use it later without having to save it to drive is really convenient.
CONSIn this respect, the most annoying thing is the low GB capacity of the recordings and the necessity to send information in services for the additional space.
