Pros/Cons
Pros
- License is for projecting only and you can have people running copies to set up service schedules at no cost. There is an active and supportive user group and forum which provides excellent help.
- Overall, I would recommend EasyWorship to churches who are short on budget and who need a reliable presentation software. It is easy to use, affordable, and reliable.
- Last thing is the ability to import videos from youtube much easier with easy worship which can be showing videos from youtube a great success through this software.
Cons
- Unable to select all to change the themes on a particular schedule, you have to drag them manually which makes the whole operation inefficient.
- Sometimes its confusing when modifying a song, because we loose track of weather we are modifying the song in the library or in the service.
- And disappointed that we have no choice to use it because the previous version won't work on Windows 10.
Pros
- I love the ability to keep everyone organized into one program. Planning Center is great for organizing your teams and scheduling people to serve in different ministries.
- Great solution for coordinating members to serve, great way for our musicians to communicate and prepare for leading music on Sundays, and an app for giving that our members feel comfortable using.
- If you need a simple software that anyone can use to help schedule and plan out your event to the minute this perfect. It's an excellent way to keep everyone in the loop and on task.
Cons
- I often struggle to find what I'm looking for. It's difficult to navigate and can be frustrating at times.
- My main complaint about the product is that it is difficult to create teams Volunteers and the service planning tool is awkward when applied to children’s ministries.
- It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.
