Managing a large catlog of items pricewise can be a pain and i was finding myself stuck in a rather infuriating loop. The ability to predefine rules, to be actioned when certain criteria is met has freed up our time to be better focused on other aspects of ecommerce, while also increasing sales has been a great addition to our company. Cons: Wouldnt class it as a massive con, but the UI of the program portal was slightly confusing to navigate at the outset, however all problems were addressed with a call, and bearing in mind the company is still relatively young i have no doubt that everything will become simpler as they move along.
