  • Pros

  • I have been using this software for about six months. So far, it has been easy to work with, very easy to implement and is working great.

  • Detailed graphs, charts, data sets and comparison tools.

  • Cons

  • Everything is great, but I’d love to see even higher matches quality.

  • I work with Competera since 2017 and I can't say that I have some outstanding concerns about product or customer support.

  • Pros

  • The ease of use. The customer support is top notch! I love the chat feature to speak with a support tech sooner!

  • Ease of use, Great Help / Knowledge Base information.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes there are too many features and it can be overwhelming. Once you get to know the software more, however, it's more natural.

  • Customer service has been fine to deal with but they are a bit slower than I'd like to respond to queries. Pricing can occasionally wander a little more than would be expected.
