There is a lot that I personally really like about Docket Manager. For me, it has been really helpful to be able to see the different queues where orders are sitting.

Overall the experience with the product and the company has been positive. Customer service and support have been very responsive to my needs and have been easy and enjoyable to work with.

The pricing functions are robust and help develop stable prices across all estimators. The work order process helps keep the workflow moving.

There is a great family behind this product updates and often.

Was able to pick it up quickly due to ease of use and natural flow. Being geared to the printing industry was an obvious benefit.

I like the online stores, I like that Support is minutes away not hours.

I dislike that you cannot duplicate templates from group to group. IE a 5x7, 4/0 could go under invitations or postcards or business forms.

This was especially annoying during the time that I was spending 16 hours a day at the office trying to get the program set up.

Went with DM because of on-line b2b portal integration. Setup took some time which is to be expected when setting up a system such as this, however, the support was fantastic.

Each section of Docket Manager has a straight forward user interface, that places content into locations where you would expect to find it.

Tech support is over above other software we've used.

I cannot speak to this 100%, but I do know that our accounting team has really struggled the most with Docket Manager.

They keep making improvements and updates do not cost anything.

It bothers me that I have to click in boxes that are highlighted. Some boxes you don't have to click into others you do.

The software improves for the community, and there is great communication between the customers and Docket Manager.

It has been a hard transition from Franklin Estimating to Docket Manager. With that said it was my ignorance of the pricing rather than any problem with DM.

Solid to work with all of the team is great to work with.

DocketManager helps us provide accurate pricing and track workflow of jobs through our shop. Allows us to keep an organized and clear view of what is happening whether we are on or off site.

Outsourcing is also a favorite of mine. Seamless integration of workorder, delivery ticket, invoice.

Support has been the strongest part of the picture for me. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

I discovered DocketManager while telling a fellow printer how much I hated our new Vision upgrade. He showed me the demo site and I instantly fell in love with the intuitive design and features.

Despite having a detailed audit for print jobs, there is no way built in to re-send those jobs if they fail (we wrote our own).

The only problem I have encountered using this software is it can be delayed. The paper cut box doesn’t always pop up.

Great product for keep the track of printing and the total costs. Easy to manage printers and users and permissions.

PaperCut has drastically reduced the amount of time spent troubleshooting printing issues, and thus saved us a significant amount of money.

PaperCut is clearly built by modern geeks that get it.

Folks are no longer printing out 500 page cookbooks or encyclopedias in full color.

It also has a ton of features, even though we don't take advantage of all of them at this time. It's great that you can put up messages to users when they print or create print budgets if needed.

Very great support regarding implementation via ITS. Saves so much paper and resources --> great for environment and everyone who ever had problems in finding his print in the printer.

I like the ease of use most. The paper cut menu pops up immediately after selecting print.

The culture really shows through. I wish all software was this good.

I think the most amazing thing about PaperCut for me is that it estimates and discourages your paper use constantly, which I really appreciate.

Overall I have had a good experience using paperCut.

For example, if a print job is ordered but suppose the printer is not working, PaperCut will still process the transaction and charge you accordingly. This really hurts students who are on a budget.

The most helpful thing about PaperCut MF is it is easy to navigate the needed software and it's easy to use the machines that run this software.

However, I've not seen anything change in 2 years. There is no work around when internet is down.

I can put in my department code quickly and retrieve the job with my ID card at any available printer. It has saved my college a great deal of money all over campus, especially at our Library.

It's been fantastic, we hope to continue using it and save thousands of dollars each year.

Easy to use, has great reporting, saves us thousands by tracking and reducing unnecessary printing, and it's very affordable.

That convenience alone is probably the best feature of this application for our users. The software is easy to set up and maintain.

Print server audit reports are the best and been able to integrate with RFID cards makes easier to reduce the wastage of papers.

PaperCut has enabled the organisation greater reporting which has allowed better insight into department expenditure.

Support for multiple departments for users. Useful integration with multi-function devices.

The system work well nearly 100 percent of the time. In the few cases it doesn’t, a quick fix is easy to find.
