Pros / Cons

-   The level of customization, easy to use, easy to add devices, easy to get reports.
    
-   We really like that users have accsess only for their own documents when they print medical documents (they use passwords or IDcards, or via their mobile phones).
    

-   The instruction order is logical and it allows simple upload of credit, management of print queues and adjustments before jobs are finally released.
    
-   Also annoys me when each time I do a scan it goes back to the home page.
