While many things have customization options, more could be added on front end, rather than requiring support staff to implement. Cons: Their are not many negatives with printlogic in the areas I use within the software, little things like when changing the contact name to whom the estimate needs to be sent to, if I need to go back into the description to change something it reverts back to the default contact but this is just a small thing and I am sure Printlogic would look at locking this if I asked.Not may negatives really i can find about the software, very happy with the system in general.
