Great product

Whe had active contracts with a specific vendor, but with different end-dates. This made the way to go to another vendor little bit diffecult. But with the multi vendor support it was a lot easier.

PROS

Easy to implement and use. Multi-vendor support. Fully cloud-based, no need for VPN connections.

CONS

Missing the integration with O365 in support to scan directly to Sharepoint of OneDrive.

HCP, plateforme cloud hybride sécurisée

PROS

HCP permet de supprimer les serveurs d'impression et de réduire la charge du département informatique. Les systèmes d'impression se connectent à la plateforme HCP en moins de dix minutes. Son pilote d'impression unique, cohérent, fiable est facile à utiliser pour les utilisateurs. Il prend en charge tous les attributs offerts par les périphériques d'impression. Une excellente expérience utilisateur et administrateur!

CONS

Les fonctionnalités de numérisation mériteraient d'être améliorées.
