We have not encountered a technical difficulty with Vasion or print admin that PrinterLogic hasn't been able to address. Support has made Vasion even more valuable to us. My earlier review stressed ease of implementation and the UI, those are still excellent factors. You can create configure set default setting and even auto deploy on chosen subnets. We have multiple sites across our state, and it saves hours every day with not having to remote in and install drivers. Cons: I know Vasion is still developing the scanning piece. The scanning piece needs to be improved from the standpoint of having it automatically create OneDrive folders once they have authenticated with it. We rolled out 19 new Printers with the PrinterLogic Software deployed across the country and I could not have had a more pleasant and smooth operation from any point of view.
