They are knowledgeable and know the product throughout. On a few occasions I have requested a new feature or asked about the possibility of improving an existing one - these requests seem to go straight to the development team and actioned pretty quickly. I have not had such experience with other vendors. The software has helped us get rid of print servers in our global branch offices and is super easy to use. Cons: Obviously Printix is still quite young, so it has its glitches and is not quite ready for the large enterprise yet.
