Fantastic service, and without this tool the expense on IT hours would be much higher than the cost of using this.

The integrated presentation mode has been a huge asset for customer training.

The only negative is when you have a lag in internet it fails but that would not be a problem with the software as much as a general issue.

Sometimes when connectivity problems arise than very hard to get it done in time. On that time you are tired.

I liked the ease it gave to my job. The ability to screen share made customer experience very easy the software is extremely helpful.

Great for supporting users on and off domain, if they have an internet connection, they can be supported.

Just worried at to what extent my files are secured. No warning showing up before the IT guys navigate it.

There were times that the online ticketing was confusing, especially if things were showing closed out and they needed to be opened again, or we needed to add more information.

When working with users that have multiple monitors, it can become difficult to view both screens at once. Text size is normally too small and going back and forth between monitors is frustrating.

This can be a huge inconvenience and cause of frustration for you and your customer.

The best side of the app is to provide secure and full remote access for your remote work and home offices  in these days. Moreover, it's really integrated system and works well in all devices.

I have yet to have a negative experience using this software and do not have any cons to report.

It was fabulous to use on the support desk. It was simple, quick and reliable.

The only downside for this is - even logging from the same computer after 30 days it needs a code to log in.

Keeper is a great product for storing (and/or generating) password. The price is affordable.

I really like how keeper is able to store all of my passwords and integrate with my web browser pretty seamlessly. I also really like the mobile app so I can access my passwords on the go.

With the low price for per year, you can't go wrong with Keeper. Secure your passwords and stay protected.

Browser plugin is very easy, app on Windows is also very easy to use. Good quality, good price, Azure integration, MFA based on SSO with Office 365, secure data storage.

My accounts are safe and secure and I like how the program let me know some of my passwords had been compromised.

One of the Keeper upgrades broke access to a number of vaults, and correcting this was a wasted day of my life.

It's actually a great idea and concept of saving passwords. Overall it's flexible and easy to use.

I have numerous logins and passwords that I must manage that require greater cybersecurity security measures. Keeper makes it very easy to manage and change them as often as I need.

I really enjoy the ease of use ... the touch log in feature is awesome and the price is right for the app. There are so many great features that make it useful.

After trying a lot of password managers, definitely Keeper is the best option. Good synchro in all kind of devices, a lot of options and really good customer service.

My comments below tell the story. However, I also want to mention besides being the best password security App, the customer service and support, if needed, is amazingly responsive.

Sometimes it is a pain to go into a separate area for my passwords rather than just having them available.

If those users go on to leave the company, you will be permanently unable to edit those records.

There are a few sites where the keeper icon doesn't always appear in the username/password field which can be a bit annoying.

Keeper also has a great 'form filler' when I visit frequent sites like banking etc to add the credentials automatically  - a big time saver.

The user interface is easy to navigate. The process of managing your password records is straightforward.

I like that my passwords are easily accessible because the app is easy to open once set up. I really like the ability to search for the file I need.

I have not experienced anything that I would consider a disadvantage.
