### About Netwrix Privilege Secure

Netwrix Privilege Secure is an advanced Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution designed to enhance organizational security by eliminating standing privileges and implementing just-in-time access controls. Rather than granting access for a set time window while the privileged account stays active, it dynamically creates temporary, task-specific accounts only when needed and removes them immediately after use, whether by disabling the account or deleting it entirely. This significantly reduces the attack surface and mitigates risks associated with persistent administrative accounts.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

We were using a product before and I did not like thta we had to have accounts that were active all the time. This product diasables the accounts when not in use.

#### Cons

Some of the functions could be easier to use.

#### Reasons for choosing Netwrix Privilege Secure

We liked the way it handles accounts and the role based access.

#### Reasons for switching to Netwrix Privilege Secure

We moved to nutanix as our vmware and we would have had to have pay cyberark to move it to the new platform.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I most like they're support. They've always very response and helpful every time we have an issue. The product itself is also very easy to use.

#### Cons

I don't really have a con. Sometimes the documentation for troubleshooting doesn't quite cover all the issues we've seen though. So for most problems I've had to open a ticket.

It's been a neutral/positive experience. For the most part it does what it needs to do. Needs to be cheaper.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

It allowed us to pull back privileged access for our admin users.

#### Cons

It's expensive, it took a while to setup. If I have issues with it I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it. Sometimes it just doesn't work at all.

#### Reasons for choosing Netwrix Privilege Secure

We already had other Netwrix products.
