I find it difficult to find out info regarding what my invoice spend is for a given time period and I am relying on adding up manually to see a figure of my overall spend for a time period. We used to manually scan invoices and this process never was consistent and had holes in the process. Now With Yooz we can be assured all backup is retained and this helps control and management of expense #### Cons This biggest trouble was the in the begging the learning process for having invoices OCR and getting the correct info to come through to the system. Still has some room for improvement but AI always is getting better. #### Reasons for choosing Yooz Integration with our DMS software ... The documents are not read better by the OCR, sometimes the documents flip to the wrong angle for unknown reasons (we've had meetings that have not resolved this) duplicates are not always caught #### Vendor response Thanks for your feedback, Heather!
