It's great,  very insightful tool. I would recommend using it, though it can be quite slow at times.

It also helps determine where there are issues in your funnel and what a potential solution might be to improve it.

Really helpful for finding bugs / improving your product UX, the pricing is way too high for the value.

Overall I enjoy FullStory and the abilities it provides.

This makes it difficult to determine which options the user is actually seeing. The way they portray the user zooming-in is also a little disorienting.

We've used it to analyze conversion rate issues and it has provided invaluable insight. The FullStory support team is a dream to work with - they are responsive and go above and beyond to help out.

I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.

Pays itself just for using it for customer support, but every department is using it now (marketing, product management, R&D, ...).

Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.

The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.

FullStory has been a really useful tool for analysing the user experience on the Website.

I love how quick it is to find out the customer segments you are looking for. This is super important when QA-ing software.

We don't rely too heavily on the product simply because we can't be sure it's capturing everything.

FullStory is helping us immensely with UX/UI research and how to improve our app. It also helps us with customer support because we can easily identify what a user did and where he ran into trouble.

The limited window of time that sessions are available for review, and it is quite expensive.

This product is fantastic for breaking down how your user interface is faring among your users. It shows some statistics that other analytics do not.

I recommend it for any SaaS company looking to better understand the behavior of their users.

It's great for seeing what a user is doing, and has great settings to help block certain sessions from being recorded, as well as blocking elements for privacy reasons.

I love the whole concept of the software. It’s amazing to watch a customers entire journey through our website.

It also guides us into making decisions on the design of the site, its great to have the video replays of multiple sessions that help to prove or disprove our hypothesis.

Full story is so easy to use and protects user privacy also which was a concern of mine. Its a easy to set up through segment and their customer support is there if you need any help.

FullStory gives you the ability to track and see what your prospects or customers are doing on your website. It allows you to see exactly what is going on and think of ideas on how you can help them.

If I remember correctly, setting it up was a little difficult in our environment because of our stack.

Allows me to investigate bugs and user error super quickly within a fun to use interface.

I love not only how it records your users' sessions so you can literally watch what they did on your website, but also how it then provides you analytics on their habits.

For the price it demands, I feel the ROI is very low.

Customer service was poor. Price for minimum package was increased from USD $199 to $899.

We can set up lots of funnels and the visualisation always helps.

Pricing is seen as its one of the major limitations. Beginner's are expected to face problems in understanding the interface of this software.

It's not easy to use, but is very to implement and start to collect information. I miss some function to predict the user behaviour, because this we need to use another tool together.

The experience has been great. Although, I requested a refund once and it took a while.

Mixpanel does not document the whole protocol and this is VERY inconvenient when server-side events are to be implemented, or your application requires proxifiying to work around adblockers.

It's really easy to use and the Segment integration makes it an amazing analytics solution.

Segment integration, Open API, good campaign tracking , funnel reporting and great user reporting aswell.

Overall this product was easy to integrate and use, but ultimately did not provide the level of detail needed to run a successful data-driven business.

We have been tracking user events and Mixpanel has proved a great ally for that.

Mixpanels helps to analyze the customer's activities over time when they visit the web application , along with this it also helps to understand the customer's behavior.

Configuration and integration seem to be a bit painful. Lots of boilerplate code especially if you want to track different screens, features or even app events to other platforms.

The new UI is really nice (visually), I love how graphs look like. Mobile app is super snappy.

It's easy to use yet can become a very powerful tool to help understand metrics of web applications and behaviors of users.

Reports can be hard to create and really depend on proper input, I regularly have to sort through dirty data (wrong email, etc.) to massage it can get a more accurate report.

I liked that it was very intuitive to use. For example creating dashboards, product analysis (both web and mobile) and making funnels is very easy.

A few features are difficult to setup. Drip campaigns require a learning curve.

It's also a very difficult product to use and requires extensive training to get the most out of it - even for a user that wants to access basic reports.

The easiness to track information and the possibility to analyse it based on segments teams was great. The customer support has always been active and answered fast.

It was a great product we use it on daily bases to track the user activity on our site and based on the research we plan our future goals.

It is highly useful for those products which are based on customer service over web like hotel bookings, resume creation, etc.
