Great B2B collaborative fashion design platform, finally found what I was looking for!
Saves me a lot of time collaborating with designers and buyers without the hassle of too many phone calls, emails and files scattered all over the place.
PROS- Very affordable price for very good value. - Saves a lot of time and other resources. - Great fast and responsive customer service. - Easy to use UI. - Loads of useful design features like design modules, design templates, colours, prints, trims, accessories, appliqués, fabric textures. - Create tech packs and line sheets in minutes. - Generation of customised tech pack PDFs possible. - Share function via social media and collaborate with buyers, designers or suppliers. - Ready made design templates. Overall great product and user experience, highly recommended for designers

Best 3D configurator for custom products on the market
It just does not get any easier. We use it for sales and lead generation and we have never had a tool that comes close to getting more leads than Brikl's online 3D configurator
PROSIt is simple to learn and easy to use. It fit within our normal workflow so the designers did not need to learn to use different software for designing. They just drag and dropped the SVG file in and BrikL did the rest in seconds.
CONSLooking for more plugins to use with our shipping software but that is coming soon.
Reasons for switching to Brikl
Kitbuilder was very complicated and time-consuming to use and OMG could not be used for any other type of website integration. BrikL had both and everything we needed from start to finish in one place. It was a no brainer.

Unprofessional Company
My experience and opinion with BRIKL: Very unprofessional company in Brussels Belgium. Sales form England with not much knowhow. Support is then in Thailand. The Set up took for ever. The design options are very limited and speed was slow. After a few months the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] canceled the contract without prior notice and without any reason. At this point we had already spent thousands of Euros. All lost. Months of work gone. We had not been profitable enough they said. What? We had not even started. The guy promised to refund 3500.- Euros but the money never arrived. So we have to go to court now. The refund is actually not something you can count on because their terms and conditions makes the customer helpless. They can basically do what they want. Do not touch this solution.
PROSSupport and set up was friendly but helpless
CONSTakes for ever to set up and makes customers depend on the solution.

Great product, providing a product that's way cheaper than anything close by.
The product is quite easy and simple to use since it is intuitive in nature. It is also fast and browser based.
CONSI would prefer to have more standard designs but I am sure will be added as BrikL grows and expands further
