The UX is very clear and easy for both, customers and admin. And they have a lot of nice stuff on their own Roadmap! Can't wait to see that all happen! Cons: Other languages than English are missing. It's on their roadmap, and I am looking forward to it. However, most terms within the App can be easily customized - so, it's not possible to display several languages, however it should be possible to display everything in the desired language.
