I think they have grown beyond their capacity to provide quality service. There is no follow up. My clients have not been updated in two years. Everyone makes excuses but takes care of nothing. i am researching now to leave. I can't do it anymore. I even got them a large account by personally referring them. Now I am sorry that I did. They are only good at taking the payments fromy our account.
