Mi experiencia con Sesame no ha sido más que de inconformidad y hago pública esta queja formal la cual tendré que escalar con PROFECO respecto al servicio contratado con su empresa. Hace aproximadamente un mes, realicé una contratación anual de sus servicios para mi negocio con la expectativa de recibir el servicio ofrecido por su empresa. Sin embargo, a la fecha, no he podido activar mi cuenta. Esta situación está afectando considerablemente las operaciones de mi negocio. He intentado comunicarme con su equipo en repetidas ocasiones a través de diversos canales solicitando una solución, ya sea la activación del servicio o el reembolso del importe pagado. Lamentablemente, no he recibido respuesta coherente alguna a mis mensajes recientes, lo cual considero una falta de profesionalismo y un incumplimiento de sus responsabilidades como proveedor de servicios. Públicamente, solicito de manera inmediata, una resolución a este problema. En caso de no poder activar mi cuenta y proveer el servicio contratado, exijo el reembolso íntegro del monto pagado. Agradezco su pronta atención a esta queja y quedo a la espera de una respuesta favorable a la brevedad posible. Me parece lamentable el servicio recibido. Espero que tomen cartas en el asunto.
