From start to finish, the Waterloo support team is right beside you every step of the way. It is one of the most intelligent and talented teams that I have worked with.Second - The user interface, and ease of use, made the implementation go that much smoother.Third - After implementation, the support didn't stop. As we shifted all MFG scheduling over to TACTIC, we discovered additional changes we wanted to make. Waterloo was there with the support and even offered suggestions.Last but definitely the biggest/most important Pro - This software works!
