I started by entering each entry for years, and when I just recently switched employers after 10 years, this company uses our calendar for a lot of time tracking, and the outlook/gmail integration is fantastic. I can copy an entire week's entries from my calendar over to Toggl and immediately get dashboard insight to my week.
