## Reviews summary

- Overall rating: 4.5/5
- Total reviews: 4,484

### Secondary ratings

- Ease of use: 4.4/5
- Customer support: 4.4/5
- Value for money: 4.3/5
- Functionality: 4.4/5

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 2,761 reviews (62%)
- 4 stars: 1,396 reviews (31%)
- 3 stars: 240 reviews (5%)
- 2 stars: 50 reviews (1%)
- 1 star: 37 reviews (1%)

### Most mentioned pros

- Features such as advanced search and filtering, customizable properties, pipelines, and reporting make it easy to organize data and track opportunities efficiently.
- The marketing automation features are particularly well built, making it straightforward to set up email campaigns and nurture workflows without needing a dedicated technical resource.
- Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.

### Most mentioned cons

- Hubspot is a costly system built in a modular format, so if you want to do X within the CRM, you need to buy Y access. If you're wanting to run your business "tech-lean," Hubspot CRM is NOT the system for you.
- After nearly 10 months of implementation efforts, countless meetings, significant staff involvement, and thousands of dollars in costs, we still do not have a solution that adequately supports our business needs.
- I found multitasking on HubSpot to be clunky, and the deeper sales ops use cases are less intuitive, require taking additional time for trainings

My overall experience with HubSpot CRM has been very positive. It has improved the way I manage customer relationships, organize leads, and follow up with prospects. The dashboard is easy to navigate, integrations work smoothly, and the automation features save a lot of time. It has become an important part of my daily workflow and has helped improve productivity.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

HubSpot CRM has a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to manage contacts, track leads, and monitor sales activities. I especially like the email tracking, deal pipeline, and automation features. It helps keep everything organized, and the free version offers excellent value for small businesses and growing teams.

#### Cons

Some of the advanced automation, reporting, and customization features are only available in the higher-priced plans. It can also take some time to fully learn all the tools if you're new to CRM software, but the documentation and support are helpful.

I enjoy HubSpot for multiple of my projects and will continue to use it for any projects I feel for into the HubSpot ecosystem.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Compared to the other similar CRMs, HubSpot offers the best plan and pricing structure for small teams (1-5) people. I find the other CRMs too expensive for what is needed.

#### Cons

HubSpot could have a better email/sms blasting system for larger groups of contacts. I find the current system clunky and with a very high risk for domain backlist.

#### Reasons for switching to HubSpot CRM

Functionality. We found better function with HubSpot.

Great. It has become an essential tool for Marketing and Sales. It has this unique combination of easy to setup/customize with powerful capabilities. For those who are not developers per se, this is a must.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The automations and workflows capabilities are powerful. Without being a technical developer I can support our RevOps and teams.

#### Cons

Sometimes they release multiple features and fixes at the same time. It is difficult to keep track of product updates.

#### Reasons for choosing HubSpot CRM

Because pricing was more accesible and it was more "hands on". You don't need a consultant to make fixes or automations.

#### Reasons for switching to HubSpot CRM

Company used Airtable as CRM, but our Sales activity outgrew it. We needed something more robust, more automated, more smart.

Overall, our experience with HubSpot CRM has been very positive. It has helped us organize our sales pipeline, centralize customer information, and improve collaboration across teams. Having all interactions, contacts, and deals in one place has increased visibility and made it easier to manage customer relationships throughout the sales process. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and integrates well with the other tools we use, allowing us to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks. Although some advanced features require higher-tier plans, the core CRM provides significant value and has become an essential part of our day-to-day operations. Overall, HubSpot CRM has improved our efficiency, communication, and ability to track business opportunities effectively.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What I like most about HubSpot CRM is how it centralizes all customer and sales information in one intuitive platform. It makes it easy to manage contacts, companies, deals, and communication history, giving the entire team clear visibility into customer interactions and sales activities. The interface is clean and user-friendly, allowing new users to become productive quickly. Features such as advanced search and filtering, customizable properties, pipelines, and reporting make it easy to organize data and track opportunities efficiently. HubSpot also integrates seamlessly with many of the tools we use every day, helping automate routine tasks and improve collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer support teams. Customer support has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance, and the platform continues to add useful features over time. Overall, HubSpot CRM provides excellent value for money and has become an essential part of our sales and relationship management processes.

#### Cons

While HubSpot CRM is easy to use and feature-rich, some of the more advanced functionality is only available in higher-tier plans, which can become expensive as your business grows. This can make it difficult to fully leverage the platform without upgrading. We also found that certain customization and reporting options require some time to learn, particularly for users who are new to CRM systems. In addition, while the search and filtering tools are generally very effective, navigating large amounts of data can occasionally feel overwhelming without a well-organized structure. Overall, these are relatively minor drawbacks, and they do not outweigh the platform's usability, reliability, and the value it brings to our sales and customer management processes.

Overall, I've had a good experience using HubSpot CRM. Before using it, customer information was spread across emails and spreadsheets, making it easy to miss follow-ups. Now everything is stored in one place, so it's much easier to manage contacts, track sales, and stay organized. It has helped me save time and keep better records of customer interactions.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What I like most about HubSpot CRM is how easy it is to keep track of customers and sales in one place. I can see conversations, update contact details, manage deals, and set follow-up reminders without switching between different tools. The layout is clean, and it's simple to find what I need, which saves time during the day.

#### Cons

The free version is useful, but some of the more advanced reporting and automation features require a paid plan. It also takes a little time to understand all the available tools, and I wish some settings were easier to find.

#### Pros

It’s pretty easy to keep contacts, leads, notes, and follow-ups organized in one place. I like being able to quickly check previous conversations and see where a lead stands. The interface is clean for the most part, and searching for contacts is usually quick.

#### Cons

Once you start using more features, there are a lot of menus and settings to go through. Some filters and reports take a little time to figure out, and the more advanced features can get expensive.

Saves me four hours weekly that I used to spend hunting down client details across notebooks and messages. Free tier handles everything a small apparel business needs. Worth it just for never missing a reorder window again. Any founder juggling production and sales should use this.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

All my wholesale client conversations are finally in one place. Honestly, it’s a relief not to go digging through WhatsApp anymore just to find what a boutique ordered last season. Now, the contact timeline shows me the full purchase history without me having to open up a bunch of spreadsheets.

#### Cons

Mobile app drains battery faster than I'd like when I'm at trade shows all day. Custom fields for fabric specs and color codes require more clicks than necessary to set up initially.

Very good all-rounder, enabling us to operate efficiently across all areas of our GTM function (marketing, sales, customer success). The product feels like it is constantly being updated and improved, and is a very powerful CRM.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Workflows and automations are very powerful and enabled us to scale our marketing, sales and customer success processes. Hubspot can also integrate with pretty much any other tool out there as well which makes things a lot easier. Managing inbound leads and enquiries through forms and workflows is very helpful, and all of the elements within the marketing hub (e.g. email) have recently been updated and are a massive improvement from when i first started using Hubspot 4 years ago.

#### Cons

Lead scoring can be a bit complex and clunky and is one thing that has frustrated me in the past, although there have been some recent updates/releases to this. The sales forecasting tool could also be improved by being made more customisable.

#### Reasons for switching to HubSpot CRM

Needed a more advanced CRM as we were scaling, and in particular the marketing hub functionalities.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

What I liked most about HubSpot CRM is how easy it is to manage leads and organize customer information in one place. It offers great value for money, especially with its free plan that includes many useful features. The platform is very easy to use, with a clean and intuitive user interface that makes navigation simple even for beginners. Lead management is efficient, allowing you to track deals and sales progress clearly. It also supports good team collaboration by keeping all communication and customer data shared across users. In addition, its process automation tools help save time by handling repetitive tasks like follow-ups and email tracking automatically. Customer support is generally helpful, especially for paid plans, making it a well-rounded CRM solution.

#### Cons

Finding specific information or switching between tools may take more time, especially when managing large amounts of data. Despite this, the platform remains powerful and functional for growing businesses.

Overall HubSpot CRM is great for managing all of your sales, marketing and customer relationship data in one centralized place. It is fairly easy to learn how to use and can simplify a lot of the standard processes that organizations go through during the sales cycle.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

HubSpot integrates all of our sales, marketing and customer service into one visually appealing interface that is easy to navigate and work inside. It is incredibly efficient at managing contacts and works very well for managing leads throughout the sales lifecycle. The HubSpot team also provides great resources and customer support if you are part of their paid service.

#### Cons

One of the caveats of Hubspot CRM is it can get quite expensive if you are part of a larger organization that has a significant contact list or if you require any customized automation. For smaller and mid-size businesses HubSpot works great, but if you are an enterprise level organization with thousands of contacts/clients it can get rather pricey.

#### Ratings breakdown

HubSpot has been a great platform for us. We use the email marketing features heavily and have found that it meets all of our needs. When we do have questions or a support issue, the support has been very good - both via tickets and the chat options. This platform provides more value for the money than other platforms we have taken a look at.

#### Cons

We transition from another SMS platform provider to the HubSpot SMS offering soon after it launched. It is still behind other more mature SMS solutions but HubSpot is making progress in adding additional functionalities.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

I really like the way the information is displayed about the contact - with the payment details all on one side and the personal information on the other. This makes it easy to quickly pull bits of information just from a glance. I also really like how you can hide blank properties when you go into the more detail contact information.

#### Cons

Sometimes the activity part in the middle that is the default feels a bit cluttered and hard to pull the most useful information easily out of.

As an admin I prefer it to other CRMs that I've worked with for customizability and the flexibility of the association behavior which handles complex business models well. Service module needs a lot of work before it will do everything I consider base requirements of a ticketing system.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

Very customizable, especially handling changes to customizations well (showing where objects and fields are used), making mass-updates easy, intuitive back-end interface.

#### Cons

Out-of-the-box workflow functionality is extremely limited. The absolute worst is email handling, emails to linked inboxes have no settings control and always link to multiple deals; emails linked to Helpdesk don't exist independently of tickets which means that the ticket functionality and email functionality are fused in a way that prevents either from working correctly.

I love HubSpot CRM for two main reasons: first, it’s free and allows infinity contact list for a small business and secondly, it can be integrated with almost any third-party platform. Each time we use a new tool, this allows us to import our contact list from HubSpot.

#### Cons

It’s complicated or I don’t know how to do it properly. This hasn't happened to me just a few times, but every time I export a contact from Excel, HubSpot creates new properties if I don’t set everything correctly.

It's not that easy to get all data automated in HubSpot. Lots of salepeople don't fill in all needed data or automated this process what makes that the data is not accurate.

I cannot give Hubspot a big enough praise as it has continued to impress me at every turn. The fact we can have a shared database of contacts, see the latest activity across the team with them and assign them to various people has really changed how we operate.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I had an idea in my head of what a CRM would look like and I was hesitant to want to add in another "step" to my sales process but it was literally minutes of exploring Hubspot before I realized how insane it would be for me to cling to the spreadsheets I had bene using. The email tracking is game changing not to mention the depth of process tracking you can get with this tool. Intuitive design and the automation at key points help ensure we aren't missing anything or doing double work.

#### Cons

While there isn't anything majorly wrong - I do wish the tool would remain logged in as it seems daily I have to resign in and if I don't remember to check I can miss having emails logged.
