No incentive was offered We like the product and wanted to purchase. We submitted for a nonprofit discount and the customer support went from bad to unbelievably awful. I clearly stated up front that we operate under a DBA but I waited days for responses to simple questions. Our nonprofit status was unofficially denied. I was finally contacted by what seemed to be a customer service supervisor referencing two options for us to still be approved under a DBA. When I replied asking for the procedure and what steps I needed to take next, he never replied. It has been two weeks. During that two week period a sales rep reach out and asked if we were "interested in upgrading". I said yes and asked if he could help me straighten this all out and he failed to reply as well. Other drag-and-drop builders created code that didn't render well in all client email apps. We have a large user base that are Microsoft-based and use Outlook. And all email marketers know that if some design or code will break, it will be in Outlook. Using Beefree solved that for us. The code is clean for Gmail, Outlook, and all other clients we've tried. #### Cons None. We haven't utilized the collaboration feature yet but are very excited to look at potentials in the future. #### Cons We do run across occasional bugs with the softward, but we've noticed they are resolved quite quickly. We do wish we could have column re-ordering, where we can click and drag or just re-order columns instead of having to manually switch over content blocks. #### Reasons for choosing RGE Studio Easy to use, affordable, had all the features we wanted. #### Reasons for switching to RGE Studio The email builder, while pretty easy to use, was quite limiting. We have a lot more column options and design features now with BeePRO than we ever did with Campaign Monitor.We also upgraded to Salesforce and Pardot, so we needed an email builder that would also give us the ability to export HTML. It's been far more flexible for designs than the built-in editor with Campaign Monitor, which is what we use to send out mass emails. #### Cons The only con is just a minor annoyance. I haven't figured out how to make any changes once in campaign monitor so if something doesn't look quite right I have to make the changes in Beefree and reimport into campaign monitor before sending it. Unfortunately once the email is in CM, it cannot be updated with the CM editor because of how the HTML is formatted. What we have done in other cases, is to update the integration so that it allows you to update the file, instead of creating a new one. We like Mailchimp as our eCRM, but found the design features hard to use and not as flexible as we would like. BEE Pro has helped us create higher quality emails and has helped us make sure that our formatting is as intended. In addition, it's a huge time-saver. #### Cons There is only one thing that I would change and that's the image library. Our library has gotten a bit messy and it's hard to find things. If I could go and reorganize the images and folders, I would love to do so.
