"It was able to work with WordPress, as well as standard HTML5 documents, so I could use it on any of my projects."

"I have been using it for a number of years now - I like that the emails are customisable, you can add your own domain for white label, you can choose to have the user select stars, thumbs up/down and more - when they review you, there is auto reminders, and the option to pre-vet the reviews (ie if a customer has had a bad experience, they can contact you first to resolve it, prior to leaving a review (a grey area, but the option is great to have)."
