One of the most promising things, at the moment, is that Version 5 is close to being released. We are part of the ICE Consortium and ICE support is not that well-versed in the use of Informer. Informer is an easy to use GUI environment reporting tool. Cons: Some of the things I like least about Informer are, since our migration from UniData to SQL, we have issues with record duplicates and auto normalization.
