About Clicky

Clicky is a cloud-based web analytics solution designed to help enterprises track, evaluate and report on the site visitors in real-time. Features include action tracking, heatmaps, path analysis, data export, engagement analytics, split testing and customer segmentation.

The application enables administrators to observe the website’s uptime across various locations and receive notifications when it goes offline. Marketing teams can set up and track goals for page viewed or any action performed by visitors such as clicking on outbound links, downloads and more. Team members can also view mentions on Twitter account or website and prepare activity reports on various factors such as users, links, hashtags or sentiments.

Clicky offers integration with multiple third-party applications including WordPress, Shopify, Smarty, PrestaShop and Joomla. The solution is available on both monthly and annual subscriptions and support is provided via documentation and email.

Used this service many times for a very low cost you get an analytics package clients love. If you use PPC - you need this tool. Its easy to use and provides real time marketing data- also great with email marketing,

I love the simplicity of this app!

It was easy to install (integrated to Lightspeed), easy to use, it shows me the key metrics I need to look up daily.

I am constantly looking at what's going on the website, it helps me make sure that the website is up to par and the ads are performing as expecting

Cons:

I haven't found something I didn't like, I'm still discovering it.

Reasons for switching to Clicky

Google Analytics is too much, too complicated, with less metrics. The last straw for me was no more real time with proper info (where the consumers are!) and the impossibility to segment social media data.

Pros:

Clicky is a very versatile tools that helps you analyse real-time traffic. Dashboard is fairly easy to understand with tons of insights that you don't get in a lot of paid tools. Spy feature is really useful and helps you see exactly where users are coming from. Setting up goals is very simple and quick. It doesn't make the website slow like a lot of other web analysis tools.

Cons:

Clicky UI is very outdated. It's simple and easy to understand but the platform is in dire need of a UI refresh. It needs more visualisations and charts so users don't have to download data and make graphs on their own. The free only lets you view less than 1 million page views per month. Scaling can be expensive if you have a high traffic website.

Clicky is a vital part of our business monitoring our website, giving us very valuable information about visitors allowing us to tune our website to interest down to specific information on specific pages. We can then use this information to make necessary adjustments to our services and to our website.

Pros:

We use this app on a daily basis to get information about our visitors to our website, it has a lot of features that can give us a good idea of what our customers want the most from our website. Gives real time information, platforms used by visitors, what link or web search directed them to us.

Cons:

Some things are hard to customize, for example there only set features for history such as 'last 90 days' or even a set time interval, however only allows set comparisons and does not allow customizing this, we found this a bit frustrating because sometimes we need specific information on website performance compared to our past and present.
