It's simple and easy to understand but the platform is in dire need of a UI refresh. It needs more visualisations and charts so users don't have to download data and make graphs on their own. Cons: Some things are hard to customize, for example there only set features for history such as 'last 90 days' or even a set time interval, however only allows set comparisons and does not allow customizing this, we found this a bit frustrating because sometimes we need specific information on website performance compared to our past and present.
