With numerous data points needed to report on business performance having all details readily available in one place allows for timely and accurate reporting that formerly took days to manually consolidate and manually update in multiple spreadsheets. As a main administrator, I use Mosaic weekly & it simplifies our budget refreshes & BVA reporting significantly. Cons: We are still using google sheets/excel files for more complex parts of our modelling (revenue), as they offer flexibility & speed of updating that Mosaic can't match. We also use google sheets when we need people outside the Finance team to comment or suggest edits, as Mosaic does not have those collaborative capabilities.
