There has been obvious, constant work on improving their systems. #### Cons Development team is slow to address feature requests, and overpromises when updates will be released. There are gaps in the platform. It does not meet all of our needs and it does not replace all our spreadsheets as was suggested by their marketing team. #### Reasons for switching to Mosaic Company growth.
