"I particularly appreciate the mobile and offline charting capabilities for field clinicians and the quality assurance tools that help maintain compliance and accurate documentation. While there is a learning curve and some areas—like reporting, form customization, and certain billing workflows—could be more intuitive, the benefits in efficiency, integration, and oversight outweigh the challenges."
