It has made me a more effective and efficient clinician. I can track appointments, billing, and past-due items very quickly and in a sophisticated manner. In addition, note-taking and document management have been excellent. There are options to use an AI scribe, which I don't do because I'm a fast typist, but that is available if needed. They have a telehealth platform as well. I'm a one-person practice without front office staff, and Clinic Mind has enabled me to function as if I had many employees! When I had a suggestion #### Cons There is a big learning curve, which was worth the time investment. The coaches and contact people are responsive and very well trained. They have a highly structure on boarding process with beginner, intermediate, and advanced skills they cover before training is complete. They also reach out personally when new features are available. Just today, I had a training with [sensitive content hidden], who was motivated to make sure I was up to date with the new features of the Patient Portal. Some of my older patients had difficulty signing on to the telehealth platform. When I pointed this out, the head of software development reached out to me and he appreciated my concern and made the sign on process much more intuitive and I haven't had a problem since. I do think one area they need to integrate is a diagnostic test platform, where you can access a drop down menu to create prescriptions for blood tests and diagnostic procedures. #### Reasons for switching to ClinicMind Suboptimal customer support. They get an initial temporary password and then have to create a password with their first login. Once they try to login with that permanent password, the system freezes if they are trying to use a browser. There is a billing team that will handle the billing for us, so we don't have to mess with the individual billing. #### Cons We have issues as a medically integrated clinic and we some claims that are not resolved that I believe would be resolved with an in-house billing team such as my nurse practitioner get paid my chiropractors per visit limits of $41 per visit by BCBS.
