My team is able to easily track the health of our customer accounts, as well as most recent interactions and touchpoints. I also like that this platform integrates with our Salesforce CRM, making it easier for our team to engage with our customers and keep sentiment positive. Cons: Catalyst sometimes takes more than one business day to sync our information to-and-from the Salesforce CRM.
