"Overall I really like Cadence, I have had very few issues with it and find it a useful tool to get in touch with students in a modern way."

"Personalization available in templates, real-time reporting, easy contact loading for campaigns, templates for quickly answering incoming responses."

"I appreciate that Cadence allows me and my team to connect on a personal level with each contact we make yet have the ability to make that connection with many folks at the same time. "

"Also, this could be user error, but I find it difficult to locate the text number provided for me (so that I can provide it for students) on the app, and always need to pull up the website to find it."

"For example, if a student texts us but they were not previously in the system, I haven't been able to find a way to just easily "add a contact" with their name and info. "

"Many time, our team wrote our communications before logging into the system, and using the copy and paste method usually never works."
