### Solid Dialer for High-Volume Calling, With Some Room to Improve

- Overall rating: 4/5

Overall my experience with Mojo has been positive. It’s a dependable dialer that gets the job done, especially if you’re doing high-volume outbound calling like real estate prospecting. It’s not perfect — there are definitely some areas where the platform could improve, particularly with dialing reliability, phone number flexibility, and modernizing parts of the interface. But for someone who just needs a straightforward dialing system without a huge learning curve, Mojo still delivers solid value. I’d say it’s a good tool for individuals or small teams who want to start making a lot of calls quickly without spending weeks learning a complicated system. If they continue improving the dialing consistency and add a bit more flexibility with numbers and integrations, it could easily move into the 5-star category.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Mojo is honestly one of the easier dialers to get up and running if you're doing outbound calling. I’ve used it mainly for real estate lead generation and it does the core job well — loading lists, dialing fast, and letting you move through a lot of contacts in a short period of time. The interface is pretty straightforward compared to some other dialers that feel overly complicated. You can train someone on it fairly quickly. I also like the triple-line dialer because it keeps the pace moving and helps you stay in a rhythm when you’re calling a lot of leads. Another thing I liked is that Mojo is pretty widely used in the real estate space, so there are a lot of tutorials and people familiar with it if you ever need help figuring something out. Overall it’s a solid tool if your goal is simple: upload lists and make a lot of calls.

#### Cons

The biggest issue I ran into was dialing reliability and call flow. Sometimes it felt like the dialer would skip numbers or the pacing wasn’t always consistent. When you’re trying to make hundreds of calls in a session, that stuff matters. Another limitation is the phone number setup. You’re somewhat limited with how numbers are managed, and compared to some newer dialers, the flexibility with rotating numbers or advanced outbound setups isn’t as strong. The system also feels a little dated in some areas of the UI and reporting. It works, but it doesn’t always feel as modern or smooth as some newer platforms. Customer support was decent, but response times could be better.

#### Reasons for choosing Mojo

I looked at a few other dialers like CallTools, ReadyMode, and Kixie before choosing Mojo. At the time Mojo felt like the simplest option to get started with. The interface was easier to understand and a lot of other real estate investors were already using it, so there were plenty of tutorials and people familiar with it. For what I needed — loading lists and making a high volume of calls — Mojo seemed like a reliable and straightforward option without a big learning curve. It wasn’t the most advanced platform compared to some of the others, but it felt like the fastest way to get up and running and start dialing leads.

### Great system for the money, easy to deploy

Mojo worked great for us just starting out our sales floor. It was very easy to implement, and was very simple to connect all of our lead generation systems to.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

The system has most all features you need for your average sales force. It is incredibly easy to understand and deploy amongst large sales teams. Its integration with Zapier allows for a lot of flexibility in functionality and connections to other systems.

#### Cons

There is no local presence feature. Also, it is mainly designed or real estate, although it can be used for any industry.

#### Reasons for choosing Mojo

Mojo was all around simpler, cheaper, easier to deploy.

#### Reasons for switching to Mojo

Mojo was cheaper, simpler, and has a better multi-line dialer

### Worst power dialer on the market. Rude to their customers. Look elsewhere.

Their product has a terrible UI. They also falsely advertise that their service is made for sales people to use a power dialer from your web browser. In reality, you have to connect your cell phone to their platform every time you want to dial (unless you pay for an additional add-on that is hidden until you already pay). Their customer service is extremely rude. When I called for support they basically told me I was SOL and would not issue me a refund, even though I just created the account the other day and very quickly learned how poor it is compared to other power dialers on the market. Stay away from Mojo at all costs, they have a terrible product and don't care about their customers.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 1/5

#### Pros

Absolutely nothing, they have one of the worst UIs I've ever seen, they falsely advertise services on the base plan that they do not offer unless you pay extra.

#### Cons

Terrible UI, does not allow you to dial from a VOIP number unless you pay extra, no spam score protection for those numbers so you are likely to burn thru VOIP numbers that you purchase from 3rd parties and try to connect (at an additional cost that is not advertised when you sign-up for the base plan) Their customer service is absolutely terrible, rude and does not care about their customers.

#### Reasons for choosing Mojo

Trellus is a million times better and their support team actually cares about their customers.

### Clunky software, poor data, and disappointing customer service

I did not have a good experience with Mojo Dialer. I found the CRM clunky, outdated, and difficult to use, and the data quality did not meet my expectations. Because I was unhappy with the service and barely used it, I canceled and requested a refund. Mojo refused the refund, so I disputed the charge through my credit card company. Mojo contested the dispute, and my claim was ultimately denied. Between the software, the data quality, and the way the refund request was handled, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Mojo Dialer.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 2/5
- Value for money: 2/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

The idea of combining a dialer, CRM, and lead data in one platform was convenient, and the initial setup was fairly straightforward

#### Cons

The software felt clunky, outdated, and difficult to use. The CRM did not work well for my needs, and I was disappointed with the quality of the data. I canceled after deciding the service was not a good fit, but my refund request was denied. Customer service was also unhelpful throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Mojo.

Mojo is ok. It merges well with leads concerning Real Estate but it is no way a fast dialer but it is a resalable dialer.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Mojo was how it recorded my calls and how easy it was to listen to them and learn from them.

#### Cons

The dialer moved slow. There were a lot of pauses between calls. I can make 500 calls in 8 hours on a fast dialer and with Mojo I made 250 in 6 hours.

i like the auto dialer functions and call capabilities but the price for it too expensive. only it had more functions and capabilities then i might reconsider

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Its an auto dialer , not a predictive dialer so it dials 3 numbers at a time. Ive used it for a few months and it works great. unfortunately, i couldnt afford to keep up with the monthly charges during that time so i decided to cancel the plan

#### Cons

it only allows 3 numbers at a time. There should be more than 3 lines for the calls. Plus, its too expensive for its limited capabilities.

#### Cons

I have nothing that I don’t really like about mojo. I tried another dialer and it was too complicated for my use.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

Affordable pricing and it is easy to use and learn. The ability to sort out leads using groups works well as well as the follow up ability.

#### Cons

One thing we run into often would be dropped calls or connection issues. Somehow every time we contact them it is always something we are doing and never their fault.

### An okay overpriced dialer.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. They consistently failed to provide even a basic level of service, making it nearly impossible for me to achieve any level of success. From the very beginning, it was clear that they had no interest in ensuring a positive customer experience. Their lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction was truly astonishing. I found myself struggling at every turn, as they seemed more focused on creating obstacles rather than solutions. It's as if their mission was to make things as difficult as possible. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of them at all costs. They've proven to be experts in the art of customer disappointment.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 2/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 2/5

#### Pros

The user interface is neat, it seems to have plenty of features although they charge extra for everything.

#### Cons

Overpriced, shady cancellation policy, dishonest customer service. Connectivity problems. The data they provide is extremely inaccurate. The phone number service is not available in every state plus it is overpriced.

It was a great multiuser program that worked well for the team I was on. A little harder for me to get the hang of than other dialers but it had a lot of capabilites.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

I like it's integration capabilities. I like that you can schedule appts and make notes for other users inside the interface while making calls.

#### Cons

It did not have an integration with our CRM and I thought that the design was a little more rigid to look at than others I had seen.
