After training, the system was very easy to use, especially when tagging assets with keywords for efficient searching. The most widely used feature for my company is the powerpoint connector which allows the employees to drag drop photos and our brand clip and assets. The folder management capabilities are a major benefit, allowing us to control access by making content public, department-specific, or available company-wide. The platform supports a wide range of file types, including JPEGs, pdfs, svgs, videos, eps, pngs. Creative assets can be found either through keyword search or by browsing folders which is a huge plus for us. #### Cons No basic creative asset builder built within. We leaked the whole focus on changes coming from user requests. We had regular weekly calls during implementation meaning a lot of development happened quickly. Project documentation and how-to guides were well put together. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use. The integration happened seamlessly, we migrated from a very outdated platform and were really worried, but it was all fine. Customer support was always on hand and issues resolved quickly. The DAM is used daily by the business and no issues to speak of. Good analytics and reporting tools to look at uptake of DAM and asset usage. I personally have worked with people from all three of these teams and have never worked with more competent and helpful problem solvers. They made their system customizable for us and most importantly, easy to understand and manage! The asset manager tool itself is also exceptional. The uptime has been great as I've never had issues with the system being down. Customer service with our account rep has also been good. The product does what it says as advertised for keeping our assets straight. #### Cons There are a few operational nuances and bugs that have come up with using the software. For example, the uploader can get randomly stuck and wipe out all of your progress, but this has become more stable over time. The approvals section for new assets could use massaging. One of the biggest issues is the view for Assets vs Folders. People have to switch between the two, and it gets confusing to end users when they're not paying attention. Lastly, I wish they did all-inclusive pricing with everyone receiving the same roles to upload with administrative responsibility going to a few select users. We required simultaneous dissemination across a broad range of UI of highly sensitive multi-media in often austere conditions. This, coupled with the reliable back end tech ensures that the customisable platform is robust to sustain any level of client user group competency and most importantly, is scalable. As a portal owner and direct client of IB, I was most impressed by the company culture in the way that I received, what felt like, a personalised, almost bespoke concierge like, customer service. The customer interface is intuitive and easy to navigate and the back end administration and editing features are easy and quick with great features like bulk uploading and editing. Administrators are supported with great, timely customer service as required and IntelligenceBank takes 'nice to have' feedback on board and the platform features are continuously been improved with regular release updates and new features. This product is also extremely cost effective. Using the system makes my job easier as a designer as I can use workflow approvals to keep track of revisions, and of course, everything is all in one place. Since using IntelligenceBank Marketing, we've saved a lot of Admin time, because our clients and freelancers are starting to self-serve. We have seen almost a 50% decrease in number of "please resend me my logo and art work" requests which in the end saves me time. At NAB, we work with hundreds of marketers and suppliers, that all need access to our Brand tools to be able to create work for us.
