The display, the way the application works and the way it integrates with the user helps the user to understand its use better. In addition to that, the communication between AUB and the employee at RAY is very good. The employee is always there to listen, and fix all the comments directly. This is making the work much easier on me. Not to forget that, the employees I contact and communicate with are very open to all my comments, I directly find my comments solved. #### Cons The only problem I am facing is related mainly to our community at AUB and not to RAY directly, is that I am unable to attract a high number of users.
