CommunityWFM has become a very important part of our Contact Center. It has helped us improve our service metrics, reduce salaries paid with better schedule placement. I am continuing to utilize more and more features. As an administrator I love the Automated Schedule Attendance Monitor that I use daily - let alone all the other easy to use features. My agents LOVE the mobile app! They can check schedules, put PTO requests in or pick up overtime from anywhere! #### Cons The challenge my agents have had is in cancelling approved time off - they have to contact my team directly to have it removed.
