"I love it. If not for Insightly I'd be using spreadsheets and going crazy trying to track my long list of clients that includes boiler system bids, direct commercial and industrial system sales, building and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and architects, and a good number of residential boiler prospects."

"Our daily task scheduling, contact database management and tracking our sales have been simplified by Insightly so thank you to the makers of this software."

"The sales pipeline views were good because you could have lots of different pipeline views with filters and segmentation options applied without having to add them every time."

"I found it to be out of my budget and not very helpful."

"I have sometimes experienced slow load times when working with large volumes of data or using more complex CRM features. Although this doesn't happen often, it can be a bit frustrating when I need to quickly access some information or complete an urgent task."

"Pulling a report that connects multiple objects is also very tricky and sometimes impossible which then calls for a lot of manual work outside of the CRM that can be timely."
